1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the Continental United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their state of residence. Void in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited by law.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes includes a Pre-Launch Period and a Live Giveaway Period. Exact start and end dates for each period will be posted on throttlesociety.co and may also appear on throttlesociety.store or throttlesociety.online. All entries received during the Pre-Launch Period will automatically be entered into the Live Giveaway.

3. How to Enter

a. Online Purchase Entry

Receive entries for every $1.00 of merchandise purchased (excluding taxes and shipping) at throttlesociety.co. The entry multiplier is based on what is displayed on the product page and at checkout. Example: 10x means 10 entries per $1.

Note: Entries are managed by ViralSweep. Because entries are calculated after purchase, returns are not accepted for items linked to giveaway entries. See our Returns & Exchange Policy.

b. Free Mail-In Entry

Mail a 3”x5” card with your full name, address, phone number, email address, and a paragraph (minimum 50 words) on how winning would change your life to:

Only one mail-in card per person per giveaway is allowed. Each card must be mailed separately.

c. Newsletter Sign-Up

Sign up for the Throttle Society newsletter at throttlesociety.co to receive five (5) free entries.

4. Bonus Multipliers

Bonus entry multipliers (e.g., 5x, 10x, etc.) may be announced on the website or social media. Mail-in entries that correspond to these periods (postmarked during the bonus window) will receive the same multiplier.

5. Entry Conditions

No bots or sweepstakes services are allowed. Fraudulent activity—such as purchasing items with the intent to return them for entries—will lead to disqualification.

6. Winner Selection

Winners are selected at random by ViralSweep. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. Winners will be contacted by email or phone and must respond within five (5) business days.

7. Prize

Prize details are listed on the giveaway page. Winner is responsible for taxes, registration, insurance, and licensing. Prizes are awarded "as is" without warranty. Must pick up the prize in person within 30 days of notification unless otherwise arranged.

8. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, image, and content for promotional purposes without compensation, where allowed by law.

9. Limitations of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost entries, or other issues beyond reasonable control. Participation is at entrant’s own risk.

10. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone suspected of tampering with the entry process or engaging in fraudulent behavior.

11. Taxes

Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. IRS Form 1099 will be issued where required.

12. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. All disputes must be resolved individually in the courts located in Charleston County, SC.

13. Winner Announcement

The official winner will be announced on throttlesociety.co and may also appear on throttlesociety.store or throttlesociety.online and social media after verification.
